Founded in 2006 by Thomas Reid, Affinity fast became a leading group of companies with 600 employees. Affinity On-Call is a 350 seat high energy contact centre delivering both Outbound and Inbound outsourced services of quality using state of the art technology. Affinity On-Call is an Authorised Financial Services Provider. We do outsourced work for some of the biggest names in business. Our work includes, but is not limited to, outbound sales, reservations, order taking, customer service, outbound quality assurance, market research, database updating, etc.
The contact centre is based in the heart of Pretoria, the administrative capital of South Africa. We are surrounded by some of the most prestigious universities and colleges in the country. The immediate vicinity offers housing to more than 400 000 residents.
